Wholesale Return Terms & Conditions
All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approved by corporate. Your returned item will be inspected prior to any even exchanges and/or credit applied to your Couture Active Wear account.
  • All Wholesale returns must receive a return authorization number by emailing returns@CoutureActiveWear.com or contacting your Executive Sales Representative. No Returns will be accepted without this RA#!
  • Returns are accepted only on manufacturer defects or shipping errors! No exceptions
  • Returned merchandise must be returned in excellent unused condition including all hangtags and original packaging
  • We do not accept returns of worn, customer-damaged, laundered, or soiled items
  • There will be no credit or refund for shipping and handling fees
  • Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be received within 3 days of receipt and reported to our customer service department: wholesale@coutureactivewear.com
  • For your protection, we suggest that you return your package insured. Mail your authorized returns to:

  • Couture Active Wear is not responsible for any lost items
  • All sale items are final sale, no exchange, no exceptions
  • Refunds for all returned merchandise will be credited towards your next order
  • No refunds, no exceptions
  • Please note that refusing delivery does not constitute a waiver of your responsibility and the return shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.
  • Items Returned Without Authorization - Any return sent back without an RMA number issued by Couture Active Wear will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
  • In the event a customer refuses shipment after shipping from the warehouse, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the shipping location and a restocking fee.
  • No packages will be accepted without the correct return authorization number on the outside of the box. If an order is refused and returned to our receiving department, we will access a 40% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Any defective or damaged items returned to Couture Active Wear via expedited shipping will only be credited an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.
  • Cancellation or Unauthorized Return of merchandise by wholesaler will be accessed a re-stocking fee of 40%. All associated shipment costs, including duties, customs and/or brokerage fees, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the order has been shipped and is in transit with UPS, the credit refund amount would be less the shipment costs, in addition to the 40% restocking fee. # Any merchandise return which does not adhere to this policy, will be returned freight collect.
