How do I return an item?

RETURNS ARE SIMPLE AND EASY
 
Please contact customer service if you have any questions about returning an item by emailing us at returns@coutureactivewear.com. Thank you.
 
We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for all purchases returned within 15 days of purchase.  Returns must be post-marked within 20 days from the delivery of your order.  If you find you need to return merchandise after 15 days, we will issue a merchandise gift card for your purchase, to be used on your next purchase.  All Sale Items are final sale.  Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return.  CAW will pay to ship items processed as exchanges to you.  Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only.  Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  For your protection, we suggest that you return your package insured.  Couture Active Wear reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

*TRADE SHOW SALES ARE FINAL SALES AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
 
*PLEASE RETURN MERCHANDISE PROMPTLY. We will gladly issue a refund, credit or exchange for all non-sale purchases returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be post-marked within 20 days from the delivery of your order. If you find you need to return merchandise after 15 days a Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued (on all full priced items) on your next online purchase.


HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE: 
 
Please follow the instructions below to assure a prompt return or exchange.  IF ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS NOT INCLUDED THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURN TO CUSTOMER.

 

1)  Please complete the form below and send it along with items being returned.  Please indicate on the form whether this is a “return” or “exchange”.  Exchange merchandise can be ordered below.

 

2)  Package the return merchandise in its original packaging including copy of invoice (box, poly bag, hangtags attached, etc.)  HANGTAGS MUST BE ATTACHED (WE DO NOT ACCEPT WORN, SOILDED OR WASHED GARMENTS) We reserved the right to refuse returns if you do not adhere to these regulations.

 

3)  Cut and Paste our pre-addressed return label securely to the outside of the package.

 

4)  For your protection, return merchandise via UPS, FEDEX or insured mail, or in Canada, via Canada Post, and retain all your postal and insurance receipts.
 
5)  PLEASE NOTE:  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!! NO EXCEPTIONS.
