How Do I Place An Order?
Everything on our wholesale site is available for immediate delivery for our wholesale customers.
You just place orders online.
How do I set up an account?
We try to make working with us very simple. In order to sell wholesale to you we must have proof that
you are a established business and a reseller of our product. All wholesale orders are paid online
using a credit card. We require that you fill out a wholesale application form, credit card authorization
form and provide business & credit references. After receiving this faxed information, our
office typically takes 3-5 business days to process the application.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Couture Active Wear by Janis Saffell is not able to offer exclusivity to our wholesale partners, however we will typically inform existing partners if a new account is opening in their area.
Billing and Shipping
For your convenience we accept all major credit cards. Our wholesale site provides live up-to-minute
INSTOCK items and we will process and ship all orders within 2-6 weeks , usually via UPS.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
All orders for our in-stock styles are processed within 2 weeks and shipped within 2-6 weeks. We
normally ship by UPS or FedEx.
What Do The Sizes Mean?
Dupont Supplex® with Lycra® it's a fusion of softness and stretch — with Lycra® stretching
up to 500%, then springing back to its original shape. Look for the soft, hugging fit of a ONE SIZE FIT
material! Dupont Supplex will not shrink allowing a unique ONE SIZE FIT on most of our items.
Note: If our pants list sizes this determines the rise of the pant.
Dupont Supplex S/M pant usually run - 7.5 rise / 33 inseam (0-4)
Dupont Supplex M/L pant usually run - 9 rise / 33 inseam (6-12)
Our Couture Cottons (stretch corduroy, french terry, velour) will shrink a little in the dryer! We have
standard S/M (0-4) and M/L (6-12) fits for all our Cottons!
What is the minimum order for a wholesale account?
Your first wholesale order online min. is $600.00, future orders are a min. of $400.00

How to place a retail order?
If for some reason you need to place a retail order after your wholesale account has been set up, you will need to register via our
retail website with a different email address.
