The Couture Bonus Reward Gift card is awarded per your friends dollar amount purchase (5% of your friend's total purchase
amount with Couture Active Wear) ***Excluding any shipping & handling cost, and or sales purchased from Fitness Express
International, music, videos & equipment. Your gift card is active during the period January 1st to December 31st of the year it is issued.
(Returns made by your friends result in your Couture Bonus Award Gift Card being invalid.) Each
new friend purchasing from
couture will be treated separately for your benefit of receiving a new Couture Bonus Award Gift Card for each friend who
becomes a first time customer of Couture Active Wear. Couture Bonus Reward cards and any
