What kind of proof of employment do I need?
You must be a Certified Fitness Professional with proof of a valid, non-expired Certification.
Other requirements include one of the following: your business card, a copy of a paycheck stub from your club or facility, or a
letter from your manager on your employer’s letterhead.
Is there any fee or obligation to buy?
There’s no membership fee, no obligation to buy, and no minimum purchase required.
How do I save 20% on my next Couture Active Wear on-line order?
Make a purchase on-line at www.coutureactivewear.com. On the order page, please type in the "Promo Code" box your
E.F.P. member number and save 20% on your Couture Active Wear order. Please note your 20%
savings will reflect on your web invoice.

Who can I order for?
Just yourself. Your orders must match the sizes you provide with your application.

Anything else I should know?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for some products. Returns of NON-SALE items are accepted, but should be
made within 15 days of receipt of product. Sale items are non-returnable.
