- Your Couture Elite status is for your use only! Your EFP code is registered & associated with your name in our records.
- EFP status remains valid while we have a valid current Fitness Certification on file. Once your certification has expired, your EFP will not be honored. It is your responsibility to keep your certification information on file up to date.
- EFP discounts cannot be applied toward other Special offers.
- EFP discounts are only valid for online purchases at www.CoutureActiveWear.com. EFP discounts will not be honored at retail locations or tradeshows.
- Couture Active Wear by Janis Saffell reserves the right to refuse the use of your EFP discount code if it has been altered, reproduced, stolen or otherwise used in an unauthorized manner.
- EFP discounts and other Couture Active Wear by Janis Saffell offers/discounts cannot be combined. Only (1) Promotional coupon code (e.g. EFP discount) or (1) Gift Certificate is allowed per transaction. *Sale items and purchase of gift certificates are not included and will not be discounted.
